Life inside

On the ground floor (80 m2)

The dining room, in the colors of the sea and Provence, for 10 people, equipped with TV HD, DVD player blu-ray and internet connection + Wi-Fi. It provides access as the same level to the 2 terraces (south and west).

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge-freezer ...

The living room 'Azure' very cozy and independent or fifth bedroom with sea view, exit on south terrace, (bed Clic-clac 140x190), TV Hd + Blu-ray

The bedroom (1) 'Mimosa' with sea views, exit to the south terrace, (bed 140x190), decorated and cupboards.

The bedroom (2) 'salmon' with 2 twins beds 90x190, countryside views, decorated and cupboards.

The bedroom (3) 'salmon' with bunk beds ,connecting with the previous room (door), with 2 bunk beds 90x190, countryside views, decorated and cupboards.

1 bathroom with shower, heated towel rail,electric washing machine and cupboards. The toilet is separated.

The bedroom (4) 'Lavender' (bed 140 x 190) is independent with access by external staircase. It benefits from: its bathroom, a separated toilet, a balcony with panoramic sight on the bay of La Ciotat and a cupboard of tidying up.

1 bathroom with shower cabin, washing basin, heated towel rail, cupboard and lovely view over the hills.
The toilet is separated (cupboard + vacuum cleaner and cleaning tools).

Life outside

• The mildness of the Riviera climate and sunshine will you enjoy the outdoors
• The villa not overlooked, built near an impasse is very quiet and has a clear sea view.
• You can enjoy once you settle on the 2 large terraces with garden furniture in the middle of cicadas or sharing a game of bowls on the bowling ground finely sanded in the shade of pine trees
• Two stone tables with bench around, you will permit have a drink or lunch from the grill
• The swimming-pool secured by fences and 2 locked gates operates from Easter to end of September inclusive. She brings freshness and rest by the high summer temperatures. It has a solar shower and bordered by a paved beach.
• A graveled plaza inside the property allows several vehicles to park easily and safely.
• Some hiking trails begin just a few meters from the villa and can indulge in the joys of walking, biking or the simple pleasure of admiring the magnificent views over the bay of La Ciotat
• The villa is built on the highest part of the land, divided into terraces ("bancaous" in Provencal). Some decades ago, the property was cultured and these "bancaous" are the remains perfectly preserved.
• Today, the olive trees vegetation but also pine trees, almond trees, strawberry trees or pistachio trees is all natural. Nothing has been planted but every thing is maintained. It is the paradise of birds, squirrels and cicadas where you can taste the idleness freely, in silence and calm.

You are now well established, it remains for you to choose your entertainment : beach in the morning and swimming in the afternoon with a game of bowls with an aperitif. Prepare hiking in the creeks or go walking in the wooded area behind the house.
