Located due south, it comprises 1 dining-room, 1 living-room, 4 double bedrooms (2 beds 140x190 and 4 beds 90x190), 1 independent well equipped kitchen , 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets and an outdoor solar shower.

It is surrounded by 2 beautiful shaded terraces overlooking the Mediterranean, each with a garden set.

The swimming pool, totally secured, is adjacent to the south terrace, nestled in the pine and olive trees, overlooking the sea.

A boule bare ground constructed in the shade and two lounges stone installed in the park, invite you to rest and relaxing holiday.

On arrival you will find the beds made because the linen is included in the price of the rental (sheets, duvets or blankets depending on the season, pillows, lots of towels, bath mats, kitchen towels).

About the owners

Happy retired grandparents, we have great affection for this family home following an inheritance. This has, of course, undergone numerous improvements as the construction of a first floor, also of a new large terrace or the installation of a swimming-pool.
This villa carefully maintained evokes for us wonderful vacation memories. The place is magical and allows us and our children and grandchildren to come relax thanks to the holidays when the house is not rented.

The house is located on the hill of Mougaouvi (commune of Ceyreste), on the edge of the forest that stretches as far as the eye can see north of the house.

In the 1960s, an immense fire had completely destroyed the vegetation cover, leaving behind charred tree trunks and scorched earth by the sun. It was in this context that a few years later the villa was built and baptized "villa Terre Brûlée".

Nature has regained its rights And it is indeed a typically Provençal vegetation that you can smell when you arrive on site.
The large garden surrounding the house (2350 m2) has many vestiges of the past as these dry stone walls (restanques), more than a century old.
There is also an ingenious system for collecting rainwater from paving to a cistern Or an old hunting station, built with stones and earth taken on the spot.
